PLATTSBURGH — A Kentucky man was charged with drunken driving Sunday.
At 9:19 p.m. on Route 9 in the Town of Plattsburgh, Valcour-based State Police stopped a vehicle driven by Daniel J. Thomas, 24, of Louisville, Ky.
Thomas was charged with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction in the past 10 years, a felony.
He was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation; failure to obey a police officer, an infraction, and a windshield tint infraction.
No further information was available Tuesday.
