PLATTSBURGH — A Keeseville man was arrested early Wednesday in connection with a domestic incident.
Theodore Carter, 26, was arrested at 12:45 a.m. on North Catherine Street in Plattsburgh on charges of first-degree burglary, a felony; first-degree criminal contempt, a felony; second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor; third-degree assault, a misdemeanor; and resisting arrest, a misdemeanor.
City Police said the charges stemmed from a domestic incident.
Carter was arraigned in Plattsburgh City Court and sent to Clinton County Jail in lieu of bail.
PLATTSBURGH — A Plattsburgh woman was arrested on felony charges Friday morning.
Tinia Gebo, 28, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, a felony; driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor; driving while ability impaired (by drugs) a misdemeanor; reckless driving, a misdemeanor; and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.
City Police said they received a call about a woman in a store who appeared to be intoxicated, and who had a child with her. They responded and stopped Gebo as she was backing out of her parking space in Plattsburgh Plaze at about 11 a.m., police said.
Gebo allegedly failed multiple field tests, police said. City Police said the child was released into the custody of a family member.
Gebo was arraigned in Plattsburgh City Court before Judge Mark Rodgers and sent to Clinton County Jail in lieu of bail.
PERSONAL INJURY ACCIDENTS
PLATTSBURGH — A Peru man was injured in a two-car Boynton Avenue accident Feb. 9.
David Souliere, 22, was stopped in traffic when the vehicle he was driving was rear-ended by a vehicle driven by Mark Reyor, 53, of Ellenburg Depot, according to police. Reyor stated that he attempted to stop but slid on the snow-covered roadway, police said.
Reyor was ticketed for following too closely.
Souliere complained of neck pain and was transported to CVPH Medical Center.
