— NEPHEW — A funeral service for Clara Nephew, 82, of Cannons Corners Road, Mooers Forks, N.Y., who died on Saturday, June 15, 2013, was held on Tuesday at St. Edmund's Church in Ellenburg. A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated by Rev. Ted Crosby, Pastor assisted by Rev. Alan Shnob, Pastor of St. Augustine's Church in Peru. The pall was lovingly placed on the casket by her children, Gary Nephew, Linda Brothers, Dale Nephew, and Lori Frennier. A crucifix, rosary, and rose were placed by her granddaughters, Farrah Whitney, Jodie Nephew, and Christina Northrup. Readings were proclaimed by her nieces Judy Bombard and Gale Tourville. The gifts were presented by granddaughters, Corryn Frennier and Lyndale Nephew. Organist was Barb Bilow and guitarist/soloist was Robert Rubado. Words of Remembrance were given by her niece Judy Bombard. Pall bearers were her grandsons, Jason Nephew, Matthew Nephew, Gary Nephew, Brian Brothers, Christopher Frennier and Tyler Frennier. Burial followed at Whispering Maples Memorial Gardens in Ellenburg Depot were Rev. Crosby recited committal prayers. Arrangements have been entrusted into the caring hands of the Rabideau Funeral Home, 5614 Route 11, Ellenburg (518) 594-3111.
