CROWN POINT — Mr. William Claude Whittemore, also known by his family as "Billy", 65, of Ferry Road, passed away peacefully in the early morning hours on Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2013, at Fletcher Allen Health Care.

He was predeceased by his grandparents, Claude and Della Whittemore; parents, Donald and Lula Mae Whittemore; Sister, Della Louise Whittemore; Uncles, Sherman Whittemore and Charlie Whittemore; and Aunts, Francis Christian, Marion Lee, Helen Dushane and Joyce Barnaby.
He is survived by his Brother and Sister-In-Law, Trustan and Gail Whittemore; Aunt, Ruth Whittemore; Uncle, Gerbert Barnaby; and Nieces, Robin, Lucy and Valerie Dufault.
Friends and relatives are invited to call from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 20, 2013, at Harland Funeral Home, Port Henry.

There will be a funeral service beginning at 10 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 21, 2013, at the First Baptist Church, Ticonderoga, and the burial will be at the family plot at the Ironville Cemetary, Ironville, N.Y., beside his sister, Louise.
