He was born in Plattsburgh, N.Y. on Sept. 2, 1955 the son of Bernard and Thelma (Bessette) O'Connell. Calling will be 1 to 4 p.m. on Monday Jan. 21, 2013 at the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. on Tuesday Jan. 22, at St. Peter's Church in Plattsburgh, burial will be in Cadyville Protestant Cemetery later in the year.
