ROUSSY - A Mass of Christian burial for Marc R. Roussy, 47, who passed away Tuesday, July 30, 2013, at Yale-New Haven Hospital in New Haven, Conn., was celebrated at 11 a.m. Thursday, August 8, 2013, at St. John's Church. The mass was celebrated by Rev. John Yonkovig, pastor of St. Agnes Church in Lake Placid, concelebrated by Rev. Bill Edwards, parochial vicar, Rev. Normand Cote, retired, Rev. Gilbert Boisvert, pastor of Holy Angels Church in Altona, Rev. Gerald Cerank, pastor of St. Ann's Church in Mooers Forks, and assisted by his father in law, Deacon Jack Cogan, Deacon Mark Bennett, Deacon Marvin Conner, Deacon Leonard Patrie, Sherman Luck and Josie Garrant. The Crucifix was placed by his wife, Denise and the Rosary was placed by his daughters, Morgan and Dominique. His daughters were also the readers. The offertory gifts were presented by his sisters, Natalie Foster, Sandra Matroni and Lynn Freestone. Words of Remembrance were shared by his brother in law, Dennis Cogan.
