PHILIP M. "MUGGYS" FAVRO, 80, of Route 3 in Cadyville, passed away Wednesday April 17, 2013 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Cadyville on Nov. 4, 1932 son of the late Perley and Sadie (Tormey) Favro. At his request, there will be no calling hours. A Memorial Service will be held at 2 P.M. Sunday, April 21, 2013 from the Cadyville Wesleyan Church in Cadyville. A continuation of Muggsy's life will follow at the Saranac Central High School Gym. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to Heald Funeral Home, 48 Court Street, Plattsburgh.
