MORRISONVILLE — See Street Legal Truck Pulls at the Clinton County Fair tonight.
With $8 gate admission, the grandstand price is $5 for the 6 p.m. show.
Carnival ride wristbands are $21 and good all day, thanks to Reithoffer Shows.
Today is Special Day for Special People — admission is free to people with disabilities who attend in groups (proof of group required); $4 for counselors and guardians.
And it’s Senior Citizens Day, with admission $4 for ages 62 and older.
Daily, visit the 4-H and FFA, cattle, horse and domestic and fine-arts exhibits daily; vendor buildings are open 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day of the fair, which continues through Sunday. Parking is free.
Here’s the schedule for today and tomorrow:
9 a.m.: English Open Horse Show in the PrimeLink Horse Arena; Open Cattle Show in the Denton Publications Cattle Barn.
11 a.m. to 2 p.m.: Richard Lester (the original PBR Band) at the Sample Lumber Co. LLC Stage.
Noon: Carnival Rides open.
Noon to 9 p.m.: 4-H Dairy Bar open.
1 to 3 p.m.: 4-H Public Presentations in the 4-H Building.
1 to 5 p.m.: 4-H Small Animal Show (pets, including cats and ferrets, then rabbits and calves) at the 4-H Building.
1, 4 and 7:30 p.m.: Chainsaw sculptor Mark Tyoe, sponsored by Tammy Perrotte Sears of RE/MAX North Country.
1:30, 3:30 and 6:30 p.m.: Animal Alley Productions, sponsored by Palmer Veterinary Clinic.
2, 4 and 7 p.m.: Pipsqueaks Party Time Clown Show, sponsored by Price Chopper on the Children’s Stage.
2, 5 and 7 p.m.: Buffalo Barfield’s Unherd-of-Entertainment (family show), sponsored by National Bath Systems LLC.
3 to 6 p.m.: Left Hand Black in the Stewart’s Shop Gazebo.
6 p.m.: Street Legal Truck Pulls, sponsored by United Health Care Community Plan in front of the Casella Waste Management Stage at the Plattsburgh Live Grandstand; 4-H Beef Show.
