Winterfest 2013. 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. American Legion Post 1619, West Plattsburgh. Frostball tournament, curling competition instructions, open skating, sliding on hill, horse-and-wagon rides, face-painting, 50/50 raffles, food, curling finals, bonfire.
Clinton County Music Educators Association All-County Music Festival. Chazy Central Rural School. Music students from all of Clinton County will assemble at 9 a.m. to rehearse. The day culminates in a 2:30 concert featuring the All-County Orchestra, All-County Chorus and the All-County Band.
