Morgan Flynn, a senior at Siena College, has made the President’s List for the fall 2013 semester. She is a graduate of Peru Central School and the daughter of John and Kathleen Flynn of Peru.

Ashley Terry, daughter of Shawn Terry and Diane Sayers, has been named to the fall 2013 Dean’s List at SUNY Cortland. She is a 2013 graduate of Saranac Central School and a physical-education major.

Dana Aurllio of Moriah Center has been named a Kellas Scholar for the fall semester at Russell Sage in Troy. Kellas Scholars have been on the Dean’s List for three consecutive semesters and achieved a GPA of at least 3.4 while carrying a course load of at least 12 credits.

Nicholas Uliva, son of John and Susan Uliva, has been named to the Dean’s List at Ithaca College in the School of Health Sciences and Human Performance. He is a 2013 graduate of Peru Junior-Senior High School.

Five area residents have been named to the President’s List at SUNY Oswego: Brielle Cerne of Cadyville, Elena Sanchez-Freeman of Champlain, Ryan Farmer of Lake Clear, Corinne Mather of Plattsburgh and Bailey Waterbury of Plattsburgh.

Connor Christopherson, son of Robert and Lori Christopherson of Morrisonville, has been recognized for academic achievement at SUNY Cortland with placement on the Dean’s List for the fall 2013 semester. He is a 2013 graduate of Saranac Central School.

Doran H. Sorrell of Ellenburg Depot has been named to the President’s List at Western New England University in Springfield, Mass., for the fall 2013 semester. Sorrell is majoring in criminal justice.

Sara Adams, a health-promotion major who lives in Mooers, has gained President’s List honors at Coastal Carolina University for the fall 2013 semester.

Rouses Point resident Megan Colleen Richards has been named to the Dean’s List at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Va. Students who earn this distinction must carry at least 12 graded credit hours and earn a GPA of between 3.5 and 3.899. Richards is a junior whose major is communication sciences and disorders.
