GAGNON - A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated Wednesday, April 2, 2014, from Our Lady of Victory Church in Plattsburgh, N.Y. for Goose (Gary) Gagnon, 62, of Plattsburgh, who died Tuesday, March 25, 2014. Rev. William G. Reamer, pastor of Our Lady of Victory Church and Chaplain of the CVPH Medical Center celebrated the Mass assisted by Jack Lukasiewicz. Organist was George Shnob, accompanied by soloist Janice Tobin and on bagpipes, Bud Smith. Paul Pavone and Jay Stiger placed the pall. Erin Gagnon placed the crucifix. Darlene Pavone placed the Bible. Ashley Collins placed the rosary. Raymond Gagnon gave words of remembrance of Goose's life. Erik Gagnon, Darlene Pavone and Jessie Edwards read from scripture. James Stiger, Jordan Stiger and Raeanna Stiger presented the gifts. Palbearers were Ray Hawksby, Daniel Drowne, John Ireland, Casey Flynn, Lex Cleary, David Richards, Donald Surprenant, Dale Bushey, Gerald Burdo and Wayne Wilkins.
