First Weekend Fundraiser. 5 to 8 p.m., The Pepper, 13 City Hall Place, Plattsburgh. Plattsburgh City Mayor Jim Calnon will be a host bartender at The Pepper. All proceeds from tips and 25 percent of proceeds will be donated to First Weekends in Plattsburgh Inc.

A display of War of 1812 quilts, with information and registration details to complete a quilt to be included in the 200th Anniversary of the battle this fall. Also, Col.
