TICONDEROGA — MArts Madness steps out here on Saturday with a square dance, providing a lively start to two weeks of Ticonderoga events for all ages.
Caller Stan Burdick and the Music Men will lead the dancing, set for 6 p.m. at the Knights of Columbus Hall.
Everyone is welcome — a common thread throughout most of the activities coming up.

Square Dancing for Everyone. 6 p.m., Saturday, March 1, at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 103 Montcalm St., with refreshments.
Running the River. 3 p.m., Sunday, March 2, at the Best Western. The performance by the folk group Running the River is sponsored by the Festival Guild
“Spring Into Health with Herbs — The Revitalization of You.” 4 to 6 p.m., Monday, March 3, Studio 117, 117 Montcalm St., by Nancy Scarzello.
Cartoon Drawing Taught by Stan Burdick. 6 p.m., Tuesday, March 4, at Studio 117, 117 Montcalm St., for ages 12 and and older.
Kid’s Quilt-Quirky But Cool Reception. 4 p.m., Wednesday, March 5, Libby’s Bakery Café, with Brian Donat, cellist. The quilt was crafted by Heritage Museum children in 2013 workshop and will be on display at the bakery.
TiCoustics. 7 to 9 p.m., Wednesday, March 5, at the Burleigh House.
“How to Enhance You and Your Family’s Life with Changes in Your Home and Office.” 7 p.m. Thursday, March 6, Studio 117, 117 Montcalm St., by Vincent Smith.
