PLATTSBURGH — Lucy Carroll, CPA, and Holly A. Morrow, CPA, have become shareholders in Abbott Frenyea & Russell CPA’s, P.C.
Carroll graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. Following graduation, she joined the firm and in 1990 she became licensed to practice as a certified public accountant in New York State.
She has more than 24 years of experience in accounting and tax services and is now focused almost exclusively on taxation including estate and trust taxation. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Active in the local community, she has served on the boards of numerous not-for-profit organizations.
Morrow is a certified public accountant with more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of taxation and financial accounting with a focus on auditing and reporting. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Professional Accounting from Plattsburgh State in 1990 and her license to practice as a CPA in 1992. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is a life-long resident of Keeseville.
