P-R PHOTOs/GABE DICKENS Located on the corner of Draper Avenue and Cornelia Street, SUNY Plattsburgh's newest building, a 43,479-square-foot structure, will house the college's School of Business and Economics, as well as the computer science program. The building was designed to meet Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Silver Standards, which includes such features as a drinking fountain that also fills reusable water bottles, with a readout that shows how many bottles have been saved, and a roof with a large, low-growing sedum garden.
