PPR porter carriage 0915

P-R PHOTOS/Courtesy of Essex County Historical Society A photo taken circa 1960 shows the early Transportation Exhibit at the Adirondack Center Museum. The transportation objects, most collected by museum founder Marjorie Porter, still can be seen at the museum today: the Peddler's Wagon (left), the Buggy (lower right) and the Concord Stage Coach (upper right). The Concord Coach was owned by Orlando Kellogg and was used between Elizabethtown and Westport from 1890-1904.
