P-R Photo/Susan Tobias Barbara Davidson of Keeseville discusses some of the obstacles involved in historic preservation/rehabilitation projects with Joseph Fama, executive director of the Troy Architectural Program, during the "Enhancing Main Street: Making Upper Floors Work Again" workshop. Davidson is developing the former Turner Drugstore in Keeseville into seven apartments and three commercial spaces, one dedicated as an art gallery. Also attending the session were commercial and private-home developers and several representatives from Adirondack agencies.
