Press-Republican Archives The $3.6 million, 45,000-square-foot special education addition to the John W. Harrold Educational Center of the Board of Cooperative Educational Services is on schedule for its fall opening. Construction crews have been working since groundbreaking last September. School officials anticipate having the district's severely handicapped students in their new classrooms by the start of the 1988 - 89 school year. (1988)
