Help with stuttering available at local libraries on DVD

TICONDEROGA — Help is available for adults and teenagers who stutter in the form of a DVD, “If You Stutter: Advice for Adults” available at two local libraries.

“If You Stutter” is available at Hammond Public Library in Crown Point and Black Watch Memorial Library in Ticonderoga.

The DVD features men and women from the United States and Canada who stutter, discussing their experiences with stuttering and the techniques that have helped. They talk openly about the problems they face in the workplace and how stuttering affects their lives and their self-esteem.
