St. Mary’s Bingo date changed

CHAMPLAIN — The date for the next Monday Night Bingo at the former St. Mary’s Academy Champlain has changed.

It had been Monday, June 9; now it’s Monday, July 7.

The activity, which benefits St. Mary’s Parish, starts at 6:45 p.m.

 

Plattsburgh Nazarene to hold Parents Night Out

PLATTSBURGH — Plattsburgh Nazarene Church, 187 Broad St., will host a Parents Night Out from 6 to 9 p.m. today.

All children, ages infant through sixth grade, are invited to a free night of pizza, gym games, crafts and more.

First United in Ti hosts flea market

TICONDEROGA — First United Methodist Church in Ticonderoga has scheduled a Community Flea Market for 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, June 14.

Booths will be set up on the side lawn near the church Thrift Shop.

Local organizations and individuals are encouraged to participate.

Antiques, gifts, jewelry, household items, toys and more are some of the items that would be appropriate, according to a press release.

Display areas are available for a donation of $10 for a 10-foot-by-10-foot space. Tables are available for an additional $5 rental fee. Tailgate setups may also be accommodated.

An application with guidelines and rules may be picked up from the Thrift Shop from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesdays or Saturdays.
