Nazarene church hosting Parents’ Night Out

PLATTSBURGH — The Plattsburgh Church of the Nazarene, 187 Broad St., will host Parents’ Night Out from 6 to 9 tonight.

All community children ages infant through sixth grade are invited to a free night of pizza, gym games, crafts and more.

Thrift Store clothing sale today, Saturday

PERU — St. Vincent’s Thrift Store, 3028 Main St., will have its Spring/Summer Sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. today and Saturday.

Customers may fill a large bag with gently used spring/summer clothing and footwear for $6.

Schedule set for Eucharistic Devotions

MALONE — Malone Catholic parishes are offering “40 Hours of Eucharistic Devotions” from Sunday through Tuesday at Notre Dame Church, 11 Church Place.

The schedule for Divine Mercy Sunday is: 11 a.m., Mass celebrated for the second Sunday of Easter followed by Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament; 1 to 2:50 p.m., priests will be on hand for the Sacrament of Confession; 3 p.m., Divine Mercy Devotions; and Eucharistic Adoration until midnight.

Monday and Tuesday’s schedule is: 6:45 a.m. until midnight, Eucharistic Adoration; 7 p.m., the celebration of Mass. The services conclude Tuesday evening with a solemn procession and Benediction of the Most Blessed Sacrament.

St. Peter’s hosting Divine Mercy Sunday services

PLATTSBURGH — St. Peter’s Church will hold services for Divine Mercy Sunday, on April 7.

The schedule includes: Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament from 12:15 to 2:30 p.m.; a new video called “Jesus, I Trust in You” from 12:15 to 1:35 p.m.; and Sacrament of Reconciliation in the chapel from 1:15 to 2:15 p.m.

The Chaplet of Divine Mercy and prayer service will begin at 2:30 p.m. A blessing of religious objects will take place during that service.

St. Alexander’s holding special service Monday

MORRISONVILLE — A Eucharistic Adoration and Rosary for Life of the Solemnity of the Annunciation will be held at 7 p.m. Monday, April 8, at St. Alexander’s Church.
