Couple establish outlet to help needy

She desperately needed hanging racks and was able to locate some at another store.

“God knows what I need, and he does provide. I’m just waiting for him to provide me with a room in Mooers. We’re always taking whatever donations we get. We take them on a regular basis. We’re getting ready to do summer stuff. My sister Cheryl helps me quite a bit.”

Last year, 40 blankets were donated to Threads of Faith.

“I brought them home and washed them,” Denise said. “Those took off like crazy. People in the North Country, they’re cold. They really like to have blankets for winter. 

“God has been good to us, and we’re passing it forward. I wish there was something like this when we were growing up.”
