Christian Conference to begin June 28
INDIAN LAKE -- Mountain Ministries, Inc. will sponsor its 35th-annual Christian Conference from Saturday, June 28, to Friday, July 4, at the American Legion Hall on Main Street (Routes 28 and 30) in Indian Lake.
Bible Teaching by Dr. Al Horta, founder and president of End Time Ministries, a nondenominational, charismatic, full-Gospel traveling ministry which teaches and preaches God's uncompromising Word and allows the Holy Spirit to minister to God's people. Dr. Horta's topics for this year's conference will include the coming outpouring of the Spirit and end-time wealth transfer. Prayer for healing for those sick or afflicted, prayer for deliverance from addiction or habit, prayer for wisdom and help for those with family, business or other troubles, and prayer and counsel for problems of every sort are regular features of the conference. Mountain Ministries, Inc. -- a non-profit corporation which is dedicated to spreading the gospel and prayer for healing and deliverance -- has sponsored conferences in the Indian Lake area each summer for 34 years. Meetings will be held Saturday evening, June 28, and Sunday evening, June 29, and Monday through Friday, June 30 to July 4, in the mornings at 10 and in the evenings at 7. People of all faiths are welcome to attend. For overnight accommodation arrangements and for other information, call Jon Voorhees at 648-5111 or e-mail campdriftwood@yahoo.com.
