Fellowship Club’s Christmas Party coming up

MOOERS FORKS — The Mooers Good Fellowship Club will be meeting at noon on Sunday, Dec. 9, at St. Ann’s Church Hall for the group’s annual Christmas Party.

Disc jockey Jim Tatro will be playing. New members are always welcome; current members’ club dues need to be paid up. Attendees are asked to bring something for the local food pantry.

Adult Center holding annual party Friday

FORT COVINGTON — The Fort Covington Adult Center is holding its annual Christmas Party at 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 7, at its 2526 Chateaugay St. location.

A dinner of chicken and biscuits, mashed potatoes, squash and a pumpkin roll for dessert will be served at 5. An appearance by Santa Claus is set for 6 p.m., and a band will play from 6 to 8 p.m.

Cost is $8 for adults, $4.50 for children ages 5 to 12, and free for those under age 5. Takeouts are also available. Attendees should also bring a gift of no more than $10 if they would like to receive a gift.

Senior Music Club planning holiday event Dec. 15

ALTONA — The Altona Rockside Senior Music Club will be holding a Christmas Party at 5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 15, at the Rainbow Banquet Hall in the Gold Room.

The meal will be prime rib or stuffed chicken breast. The cost is $25 per person.

Music will be provided by Too Big for the Corner.
