Seniors listen as Amy Besaw announces the winner of raffles at the 15th-annual Senior Celebration. The Fabulous -40s themed event was sponsored by Joint Council for Economic Opportunity of Clinton County, Senior Citizens Council and Office for the Aging. More than 500 seniors enjoyed live entertainment, had a meal and visited the many booths of agencies and businesses whose services are targeted to the older population.
