The following area residents have been named to the fall Dean’s List at Champlain College, Burlington, Vt., a private baccalaureate institution: Nicholas Murray of Plattsburgh; Zachary Allott of Elizabethtown; Adam Zemany of Saranac Lake; Ryan Odell of Keene Valley; Zoe Tyler of Saranac Lake; Diane Couture of Saranac and Matthew Leta of Peru. 

Local students who attend Ithaca College have been recognized for academic achievements. They are Maegan Bull of West Chazy, Gretchen Hohmeyer of Lake Clear, Jonah Larson of Plattsburgh, Emily McCall of Plattsburgh, Nicholas Uliva of Peru, Marcy Weber of Elizabethtown and Lindsey Williams of Saranac.
