— The follow Air Force airmen have graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas: Nicolas M. Biggar, son of Warren and Lori Biggar of Keeseville; Kenneth A. Marsh Jr., son of Darlene Grigware of West Chazy; Tyler S. Redziniak, son of Robert Redziniak of Latham and former ward of Tim Langdon of Malone; Vanessa L. Lamica, daughter of Tampa Lamica of Malone and Christopher Lamica of Burke; and Travis A. Niles, son of Jayleen and Eric Niles of Moira. Airman 1st Class Michael D. Borden, son of Mike and Anna Borden of AuSable Forks, and Airman 1st Class Nathan A. Gaudette, son of Elaine Gaudette and Richard Gaudette, both of Champlain, have also graduated from basic training at Lackland Air Vorce Base.
Air Force Capt. Michael L. Taylor, son of Gary Taylor of Cambridge, Ohio, and Louise Stanfield of Ticonderoga, is deployed overseas at a forward-operating location in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Taylor, a morale, welfare, and recreation services officer-in-charge, has served in the military for 22 years.
