“Bye, Bye Birdie.” 7:30 p.m. Peru Junior/Senior High Auditorium, Peru. Musical about an Elvis Presley-like singer named Conrad Birdie, who travels to a small Ohio town to make his “farewell” television performance and kiss his biggest fan before he is drafted. $10 adults, $5 students. “A Bright Room Called Day.” 7:30 p.m. Hartman Theater, Myers Fine Arts Building, SUNY Plattsburgh. Tony Kushner’s play about a group of Berlin artists and friends in the early 1930s who make choices as Hitler and the Nazis come into power. $10 general admission, $8 SUNY Plattsburgh faculty, staff, seniors and general-public students, $2 SUNY Plattsburgh students. Tonight’s performance is buy-one-get-one-free only at the door. Tickets available at the Angell College Center desk.
