The LaBarge brothers demolish the Midas Mudhens in Champlain Valley Baseball League play. Dennis LaBarge tosses a 6-hit shutout in the opener and goes 3-for-3 with a grand slam in the nightcap as the Altona Hornets win 6-0, 15-5. Jamie LaBarge

belts a pair of 3-run homers and knocks in 10 runs on the day.

Dickie King

scores 3 goals, including the game-winner in overtime, to lift Chazy/Giroux’s to a 3-2 win over Chazy/SGS in North Country Men’s Soccer League play.
