PHS wins rainy tennis match
PLATTSBURGH -- The Plattsburgh High boys just managed to beat the rain -- and Lake Placid -- Friday, but the girls will have to wait for another day.
The Hornets won two singles and one doubles match in the boys' competition for an insurmountable 3-0 lead. Lake Placid was leading in the other two matches when the rain won out.
The PHS girls were up 2-0 and were leading in the three suspended matches.
