WEST PLATTSBURGH -- The Adirondack Slo-Pitch Softball League will begin its 2008 season tonight at the American Legon Post 1619 Field with Mama's Boyz/Budweiser opposing Tabu in the first game of the season at 6:30 p.m.

Among the teams returning in the 22-team field this season are Coors Light, last year's A Division champions and perennial league power; and the Bandag Brewers, last year's B Division winners.

The league will be divided into three divisions this season and will be playing on new clay infields and newly-redone outfields.
