---- — Riverside Lanes tourney has openings

AUSABLE FORKS — The Riverside Lanes Bowling Tournament has openings for its final weekend.

There is one spot left at noon, one spot at 3 p.m. and one spot at 6 p.m. on Saturday, and two spots at 4 p.m. on Sunday.

Bushey rolls 300 game at North Bowl Lanes

PLATTSBURGH — T.J. Bushey, bowling for North Bowl Restaurant in the Industrial League at North Bowl Lanes, tossed a 300 game on November 7 and finished the evening with a 300-246-217-763 series.

Lucky Strike Lanes to host tournament

MALONE — The Sons of the American Legion Post 219 will be holding their sixth-annual team no-tap bowling tournament from Nov. 16 to 24 at Lucky Strike Lanes. Teams consist of five people and you do not need to be a league bowler to participate.

NCCS winter athletics meeting Nov. 20

CHAMPLAIN — The Northeastern Clinton Central School winter athletics parent and athlete meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m. Nov. 20 in the High School Auditorium.

All modified, junior varsity and varsity level athletes who are participating on a winter athletic team are to attend with their parent or guardian.

YMCA to hold Scuba Diver Refresher Night Dec. 4

PLATTSBURGH — The Plattsburgh YMCA will conduct a Scuba Diver Refresher Night from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Dec. 4. The cost is $30 and the class size is limited.

Amoriell wins Mountain Riders indoor time trials

PLATTSBURGH — Jason Amoriell recorded a time of 28 minutes, 36 seconds to capture the Mountain Riders indoor time trials on Nov. 13. He was followed by Kyle Smith in 28:50, Stacy Brooks in 30:08 and Paul Maggy 30:46.
