Adirondack Marathon still has spots for Boston runners
SCHROON LAKE — The Adirondack Marathon had previously announced that 50 Boston Marathon runners who were prevented from finishing their race would be offered free entry into this year’s Adirondack Marathon. Those that had previously entered the lottery are guaranteed a place on the starting line, but a number of spots are still available. The Adirondack Marathon will take place Sept. 22 in Schroon Lake. Runners loop the lake, facing a terrain that dwarfs the infamous Heartbreak Hill.
Visit adirondackmarathon.org/boston to register. Be prepared to enter your Boston bib number as well as the usual entry information. Winners will be chosen by a lottery in early July.
