GANSEVOORT -- Aimee Caligiore of Lake Placid led a group of area golfers Wednesday as the Northeastern New York PGA Section Junior Tour made a stop at Airway Meadows Golf Course in Gansevoort, just south of Glens Falls.
Caligiore tied for third with a round of 10-over par 81 on an course that lacked length but required precise club selection and shotmaking. Airway Meadows is aptly named as an active airstrip separates the second and eighth fairways.

Jessica VanLeuvan of Mooers finished eighth at 105.
Ryan Kirkpatrick, of Plattsburgh, recorded identical 40s and shared 14th place with an 80 in the boys 16-18 category.
