SARANAC — Ryan Waterbury and Alex Price combined for 10 points Friday night and the Beekmantown boys’ soccer team rolled to a 6-1 victory over Saranac in Northern Soccer League play on Friday night.
The Eagles held a 1-0 lead at the half before breaking loose for five goals in the second half.
Beekmantown scored three goals in the first eight minutes of the second half to open up a comfortable lead.
Waterbury finished with three goals and two assists, while Price added two goals and three assists. Ben Frederick and Zach Bingel also scored goals for Beekmantown, which held a 25-16 shot advantage.
Caleb Keysor tallied the lone goal for the Chiefs.
Matt LaClair turned away five shots in the Beekmantown nets.
