Whyman blazes path at Hudson Falls invite

HUDSON FALLS —

Cody Quantock was the top finisher for the Seton boys, taking fourth in the discuss (138-06). He also took 10th in the shot put (40-06).

Teammate Evan Page followed with a 10th-place in the 3200-meter run (9:50.52).

Seton finished 18th in the team competition, while Northeaster Clinton finished 23rd.

Seton runners make splash

DELMAR — Seton’s Whyman and Margaret Champagne made a splash at the Fleet Feet Bethlehem Ladies Invite on April 20.

Whyman took third in the varsity 1500-meter run in a time of 5:00.12. Holy Name Academy’s Catherine Maloy won the event in a time of 4:39.63.

Champagne won the Frosh/Soph 1500-meter run by almost 22 seconds, finishing in 5:03.48. She just missed the meet record of 5:03.33.
