Bowman, Kemp roll 700 series in Peru's win over Moriah

PLATTSBURGH — Peru’s Jonathan Bowman tossed another 700 series Wednesday afternoon at North Bowl Lanes.

But, this time, teammate Keegan Kemp joined him.

Bowman fired a 266-267-237-770 series and Kemp added his first 700 of the season, a 268-220-223-711, to lead the Peru boys to a 6-4 victory over Moriah in Champlain Valley Athletic Conference bowling.

The Indians’ Kyle Mendofik wasn’t far off the pace of his two teammates with a 213-267-205-685.

Tanner Conley rolled a 237 game and Tom Rancour a 214 for the Vikings.

Karri Kusalonis’ 213 game and 567 triple powered the Peru girls to a 4-0 win. Katherine Clark added a 192 game and 505 series for Peru.

Hailey Morgan’s 127 game and 367 triple led Moriah.

PLATTSBURGH — Paedyn Mattioli rolled a 202-246-639 series at North Bowl Lanes to lead the Beekmantown girls to a 4-0 shutout.

Cheyenne Reeves added a 580 series and Harley Wells a 215 game and 561 triple for the Eagles.

Cheyanne Tuthill accounted for a 200 game and 554 series, Cassidy McKee a 537 triple and Jeanette Coon a 215 game and 529 series for the Sentinels.

For the boys, Dennon Walantus tossed a 269-212-209-690 triple, Austin Delisle a 217-233-220-670, Ryan Munson a 203-204-213-620 and Ryan Douglas a 202-232-617 for Beekmantown in its sweep.

Cole Frasier paced Ticonderoga with a 211 game and 574 series, while Gavin Fleury added a 224 game and 554 set.

Joey Robert tossed a 233-201-602 series, Chris Kokes a 216 game and 564 triple, and Matt Jolicoeur a 542 set for Northeastern Clinton.
