PLATTSBURGH — Plattsburgh High School will induct five individuals in its athletic Hall of Fame
during Homecoming Weekend Sept. 28.
This year’s inductees are Pete Sullivan, Mike Deloria, Sarah Davis, Matt Flynn and Gus Terry.
They will be honored during the homecoming parade Sept. 28 and introduced at halftime of the Sept. 27 football game with Saranac.
The Hall of Fame Banquet will be held Sept. 28 at the Elks Club in Plattsburgh, beginning at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $30 per person.

Fish, game federation to meet Tuesday
MORRISONVILLE — The Clinton County Federation of Fish and Game Clubs will hold its regular
meeting at the Conservation Building on the Fair Grounds Sept.16 at 7 p.m.
Cardinals cancel two tennis matches
PLATTSBURGH — The Plattsburgh State tennis team announced two cancellations to the 2013 schedule.
Saturday’s match against Mount Saint Mary College, which was originally scheduled to take place at home, has been canceled. The Cardinals have also canceled a match against Purchase that was scheduled for Sept. 21 at 1 p.m.
The Cardinal tennis team returns to action today against RPI at 1 p.m. The match will take place at the Memorial Hall Tennis Courts.
ADK chapter events open to public
PLATTSBURGH — The public is invited to join the Algonquin Chapter of the Adirondack Mountain Club on Friday for a hike to Owl Head Lookout near Elizabethtown. This an easy to moderate hike with great views from its rocky summit.

On Saturday, September 21, join the Algonquin Chapter of the ADK on a walk at the “Dead Sea”-Altona Flat Rock area. Distance of this hike is less than 4 miles round trip. Wear sturdy shoes or boots as the surface is uneven and may be very wet.
Bring a lunch, beverage, and a container for huckleberries. The pace will be slow.
