Five elected into Plattsburgh High School Hall of Fame

PLATTSBURGH — Four former athletes and one former coach were selected to the 2013 Plattsburgh High School Hall of Fame.

Pete Sullivan coached soccer at Plattsburgh for 26 years. While under his tenure Plattsburgh High School soccer teams accumulated 296 wins, 10 Section VII championships and four state quarterfinal appearances. He was also named Section VII Coach of the Year on several occasions. Sullivan is a Plattsburgh State graduate where he lettered in basketball. He is married to Mary Ellen (Gorman) Sullivan. They have four children, Peter, Keith, Steven and Kevin.

Mike Deloria, class of 1979, was a multi-sport athlete. He played three years of varsity hockey and was a league all-star for two seasons and league Most Valuable Player his senior year. He was also named the Black Letter Award winner in hockey. While playing football, Deloria was named Champlain Valley Athletic Conference All-Star for two seasons and was a member of the 1978 undefeated championship team. Deloria also played varsity baseball for three years. He was selected league all-star in two of the baseball seasons. He also played four years of hockey for Plattsburgh State and participated on the 1981 and 1982 NCAA National Finalist teams. He is a graduate of Plattsburgh State. Presently, he is an Independent Financial Advisor for Donlan and Barcomb. He is married to Kristen (Ryan) Deloria. They have three children, Lauren, Hallie and Sara.

Sarah Davis is a 1999 graduate. She participated in three varsity sports. In soccer she was a three year starter, a league all-star and the team’s Black Letter Award winner. Also a successful track athlete, Davis was a state qualifier in many events. She still holds records in indoor track. Davis was a league all-star in softball and was named Plattsburgh’s Most Dedicated Athlete her senior year. She was a member of the band, Key club, Drama Club and National Honor Society. She is a graduate of Brandeis University where she played four years of soccer. She was captain of the Brandeis University soccer team. Presently, she is a Youth Advocate in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She is married to Kori Redepenning.
