Wells, Lavalley lead Eagle girls' bowlers

PLATTSBURGH — Harley Wells tossed a 204-211-611 series and Taylor Lavalley added a 206-216-605 to power the Beekmantown girls to a 4-0 win over Saranac in Champlain Valley Athletic Conference bowling at North Bowl Lanes Wednesday afternoon.

Paedyn Mattioli contributed a 237 game and 569 triple for the Eagles.

For the boys, Matt Dwyer rolled a 224-237-240-701 series as Beekmantown ran its record to 60-0 with a 10-0 victory.

Ryan Douglas added a 237-238-674 triple, Andrew Roberts a 205-238-623, James St. Denis a 235-624 and Ryan Munson a 257-607 for the Eagles. Andrew Baker chipped in with a 256 game.

Dalton Exford’s 206 game and 552 series were high for the Chiefs.

AUSABLE FORKS — Mike McDonald rolled a 253-223-225-701 series at Riverside Lanes to lead the AuSable Valley boys to a shutout of Moriah.

Brandon Ano added a 189-180-519 triple for the Patriots. Adam Wilber led the Vikings with a 144 game and 392 set.

Marissa Prentiss’ 146 game and 377 series helped give the AuSable Valley girls a 4-0 win. Nikki French’s 127 game was high for Moriah.

TICONDEROGA — Cole Frasier put together a 211-215-221-647 series to lead the Ticonderoga boys to their sweep. Shane Swinton contributed a 201-217-547 and Jordan Millington a 189-179-512 for the hosts.

Josh Shaffer rolled the high scores for the Hornets with a 237 game and 581 triple.

In the girls’ match, four Sentinels tossed 460 or better series, with Jordan McKee leading the way with a 205 game and 515 triple.

Emily Rohrig’s 175 game and 447series paced the Plattsburgh girls.
