AuSable boys track moving forward

CLINTONVILLE — The AuSable Valley boys’ track and field team includes a lot of new faces after losing 11 athletes to graduation last season.

Seniors Josh Ducharme, Tyler Mary, Elais Smith and John Goodnough will lead a group of young but talented sprinters and jumpers. After a 4-4 record last season, the new faces on the team will force a learning curve entering the year.

The Patriots’ roster and information was left out of the track and field preview that appeared in the April 20 edition of the Press-Republican.

Brian Mehan Be The Match Game tonight

PLATTSBURGH —The Plattsburgh State baseball team has announced a make-up date for its Brian Mehan Be The Match game against SUNY Canton. The Cardinals and Kangaroos will play a single nine-inning game at Lefty Wilson Field tonight. The first pitch is slated for 7 p.m.
