Dutch Craumer Memorial winners announced

PLATTSBURGH — The team of Tommy Bruno, Nate Graves, Nate Durkee and Matt Davis took first place at the third annual “Dutch” Craumer Memorial Golf Tournament held July 13 at Bluff Point Golf Resort. The team of Evan Bruno, Matt Parks, Jordan Maille and Dan Chilton placed second, and third place went to Krista VanArman, Joshua Russell, John Vasile and Tyler Oliver. Sal Mercurio and Krista VanArman won the longest-drive contests, while Evan Bruno and Konnor Baker won the closest-to-the-pin contests.

Ryan, Duffy-Coryer capture 5k at Fun Run

CADYVILLE — Despite the weather on July 17, and the threat of thunderstorms, the Cadyville Fun Run still had just over 100 runs. The storms held off and the runners were able to enjoy somewhat cooler weather.

The winner of the ¼ mile was Ben Lambert with a time of 1:52. Landon Pandolph won the ½ mile in 3:34 and Matt Bergen ran 7:10 to win the mile.

The first male in the 5k was Mitch Ryan in 17:20 and Kelly Duffy-Coryer claimed first place for the women in 20:12.
