Race Day includes a full marathon, half marathon and a two- and four-person relay. The marathon course is a Boston Qualifier and a USATF Certified Course.

Summer High School Volleyball League starts Tuesday
BEEKMANTOWN — The Summer High School Volleyball League will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday nights (June 25, July 2, July 9, July 16, July 23, July 30, Aug. 3) at Beekmantown Central School. There is a $30 fee. Any player who has played at least one year of high school volleyball is welcome to attend (eighth graders should check with their coach).

Athletic Performance camp has openings
PLATTSBURGH — Champlain Valley Athletic Performance still has spots available for any active person wishing to help improve his/her performance. Camp begins Monday and will run four days per week for up to six weeks. Two of the area’s certified strength and conditioning coaches will teach proper body positioning, posture, core, agility, fast-foot work for speed and power lifting while focusing on technique and injury prevention. The camp is open to athletes ages 9 to adult. Camp runs Monday through Thursday from 8 to 10 a.m. at the City Rec Center/Oval.
