CFL’s Alouettes to hold Junior Camps

MONTREAL — The Canadian Football League’s Montreal Alouettes will hold their annual Junior Camps March 16 and 17 and April 7 for children age 7 through 15.

The campus will be held at Stade Hebert in Montreal and will be taught by members of the Alouettes.

North Country Cancer Fund will host Bowl-A-Thon

PLATTSBURGH — The North Country Cancer Fund will host a Bowl-A-Thon to benefit the fund Feb. 10 at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. at North Bowl Lanes.

Team applications can be picked up at North Bowl Lanes. The entry fee is $100 per five-man team. Teams will collect sponsorships, all donations from which will go to the fund.

The team that raises the most donations will win a special prize.

Rouses Point Civic Center announces ice times

ROUSES POINT — The Rouses Point Civic Center will hold public skating and open hockey evenings throughout February.

Public skating, which costs $2, will be held Feb. 2, Feb. 9 and Feb. 16 from 5 to 6:50 p.m.

Open hockey will be held Feb. 6 and Feb. 13 from 4 to 5:50 p.m.

Open hockey, which costs $5, is also held every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:30 to 11:20 a.m.
