PLATTSBURGH — Shawn Silliman and Jarryn Granger had two first-place finishes each as the Ticonderoga boys won a Champlain Valley Athletic Conference indoor track and field meet Saturday at the Plattsburgh State Field House.
The Sentinels totaled 97.5 points, followed by Plattsburgh High with 67.5. Saranac was third with 55.

Silliman won the 55-meter hurdles in 8.7 seconds and claimed the 600 meters in 1:38.2. Granger placed first in the triple jump (38 feet, 8 inches) and the long jump (19-6 ½). Ticonderoga also got a victory from its 3,200 relay team of Javeed Nazir, Kody Parrott, Jacob Young and Martin Glazer.
Sklyer Barriere led the Hornets with victories in the 55 dash (6.8), 300 (40.8) and 640 relay. Jeriqho Gadway crossed the line first in the 1,600 (4:52.4) and 3,200 (10.33.1).
Evan Page of Seton Catholic claimed the 1,000 in 2:56.5, and teammate Evan Bresette took the shot put with a throw of 41-5. AuSable Valley’s Paul Ford won the high jump (5-10).
Claire Deshaies captured three victories to lead the Hornets (136.5) to victory.
Peru (69) finished second, while Ticonderoga (46.5) took third.
Deshaies picked up wins in the 55 (7.6), the 300 (46.5) and was part of the 1,600 relay (4:43.5) with Rayanna Canet, Anna Hewitt and Taylor Canet.
Canet also picked up a victory in the 640 relay with Hewitt, Brooke Knight and Adreinne Nye.
Cheyanne Dobozy was as two-time winner for the Indians. Dobozy was a winner as part of the 3,200 relay (11:27.1) with Rebecca Romanowicz, Shauna Fliss and Katie Adams.
Dobozy was also a winner in the 600 with a time of 1:57.5.
Ashlee Estes captured two wins for AuSable Valley. Estes won the long jump in 15 feet, three inches and the high jump with a jump of 4 feet, seven inches.
Naomi Forkas paced Ticonderoga with a 12:37.1 in the 3,000.
