McKee's 646 series leads Ticonderoga to bowling sweep

TICONDEROGA — Jordan McKee fired a 211-244-646 series as the Ticonderoga girls got back on the winning track with a 4-0 shutout of Peru in Champlain Valley Athletic Conference bowling on Friday.

Cheyanne Tuthill added a 191 game for the Sentinels. Brittany Bushey paced the Indians with a 216 game and 513 triple.

Ticonderoga prevailed, 7-3, in the boys’ match, despite Jonathan Bowman rolling a match-high 238-268-696 series for Peru.

Cole Frasier led the Sentinels with a 205-200-575 triple, while Jordan Millington added a 211 game and Shane Swinton a 206.

Kyle Mendofik also tossed a 600 series for the Indians with a 202-243-616.

PLATTSBURGH — Both the Beekmantown boys and girls came away with wins at North Bowl Lanes to remain in first place.

Ryan Munson led the Eagle boys with a 208-215-615 series, while Matt Dwyer added a 204-210-598 and Ryan Douglas a 203-205-593. All 10 Beekmantown boys rolled 500 or better series.

Mike McDonald tossed a match-high 215-227-633 series, while Jimmy Provost added a 241 game and 586 triple for the Patriots.

Harley Wells rolled a match-high 234 game and 618 series to lead the Beekmantown girls to a shutout. Paedyn Mattioli added a 539 triple and Taylor Lavalley a 535.
