AuSable to induct 5 into Hall of Fame

Kara Kitchen Glodgett- Elected in 2011, Glodgett graduated in 1989. She played basketball, soccer and tennis. As a four-year varsity soccer player, she was named All-Conference three years and Most Outstanding Player in her junior and senior year. In 1989, she was named to the New York State All-Star team. She was a CVAC All-Star in basketball, helping to lead her team to the Section VII Class C championship in 1989. She played soccer and basketball at Green Mountain College in Poultney, Vt. and at Plattsburgh State.

Roy Ano- Ano graduated from AuSable Valley in 1973. He was a three-sport athlete, competing in football, basketball and baseball. He was the starting quarterback for the football team from 1971 to 73 and a CVAC All-Star in both baseball and basketball in 1971, 1972 and 1973. He was a member of the 1972 undefeated, sectional-champion basketball team. Ano was the 1973 Athlete of the Year. After high school, Ano went on to excel at fast-pitch softball and town-team baseball. He was regarded as one of the best hitters in the Champlain Valley Baseball League.
