Paul Smith's rolls in opener

— PAUL SMITHS -- Tim Reil scored 22 points and Joe Collura, 17, Wednesday night to lead Paul Smith's College to a 72-49 victory over Word of Life in men's basketball.
Evan Crisfulli chipped in with nine points and five rebounds while Kingsly Ukwubiwe added eight points and 13 rebounds. The Bobcats shot 44 percent from the field.
"We played very well defensively," said Coach Joe Akey. "We got out in transition and got a lot of easy baskets.
"Our freshmen played very well and the seniors showed great leadership."
