Card hockey tickets go on sale

— PLATTSBURGH -- Plattsburgh State athletics director Bruce Delventhal Friday announced that season tickets for 2007-08 Cardinal men's hockey home games would go on sale Oct. 5.
Fans who were season-ticket or reserved seat holders in 2006-07 will have their renewal ticket order forms mailed this week. Also, he said that basketball tickets would be sold on a single-game basis only (except for the Women's Cardinal Classic on Nov. 17-18).
Men's hockey season ticket packages range from $43 to $600 and single-game prices remain at $4 for adults and $3 for children under 18. Other ticketed events and their cost ranges include: Oswego game (Jan. 25) is $6-7, Cardinal Classic (Jan. 4-5) is $4-5 per day and PrimeLink Great Northern Shootout (Nov. 23-24) is $8-12 per day.
Pricing does not include postseason conference or NCAA tournament events. There is no admission charge for women's hockey, baseball, softball, men's lacrosse, soccer and volleyball home contests.
For more information on any tickets, call the Plattsburgh Athletics Dept. at 564-3140. To purchase advanced men's hockey tickets, contact the Angell College Center Front Desk at 564-2121. Generally, these tickets are available during the week of the desired event. Tickets are also available on game days at the PSUC Fieldhouse Box Office, which opens approximately 1-1/2 hours before the opening faceoff.
