Speakout: Oct. 19, 2013


I read with interest the person who is having problems with his bird feeder, due to what looks like an Adirondack Spotted Lark. I am also having the same feeder problems, but in my case it is a Smith Tylerbob.


Nothing is more appalling than when cities, counties and towns ask for money to expand for business when this country is in a severe deficit and people’s jobs are on the line with the latest Obamacare. Many jobs are cutting hours to part time and some closing up shop.


If restaurants want more patronage, cleanliness should be very important. When things aren’t clean, it is very unappetizing. Food spatters and flies make me want to walk out right away.
